As Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer, oversaw all sales and marketing of the largest company in the industry. Performed a sales and marketing "reboot" to launch new branding, created innovator reputation, launched new products/services in new niches, improved sales processes through intensive training using consultative and challenge selling principles. Company saw record growth each year as a result.

Worked way up from Sales to President/COO role. Managed all areas of the company with a priority focus on sales & marketing. Rebranded company, launched aggressive new sales strategies, improved key customer relationships and landed new channel clients. Company saw growth in years where industry contracted and SFA was viewed as a respected, growing company.
January 1992 - May 1999
EDI: Product & Support Management / Sales
Spent 7 years in EDI; managing a support group and later managing a product group in the automotive space. Also co-created a Government Sales Unit which successfully sold EDI translation software to the Federal Government, specifically the military and related agencies such as the DOD, MTMC and others.
